Andre Greipel -Colombia HTC's other sprinter. He was a track guy but it also could be some drugs

Chop, Jon has been destroying the house lately. He does squat thrusts with the couch on his back with Josh and I sitting on it holding piles of bricks. It's getting a little out of hand. Then he asks me to rub this mysterous cream on his thighs afterward..... it makes my hands go numb..
